Your personal training instructor is a highly trained professional who will tailor a unique program to your individual needs. The session will be designed to help you to achieve your goals, whether it be;

- Increasing fitness, strength, flexibility and core muscles.
- Weight loss.
- Sport Specific Training.
You may choose a mixture of personal training and one on one Pilates training. This is the best of both worlds, cardio and fitness training to lose weight and increase your cardiovascular fitness and Pilates to work on core strength and stability, flexibility, toning and postural alignment.
